These are hydraulic.

Not that I can find.  Only marks on them are the numbers 1 and 2 used for
alignment.

Yes, including Univair.  The only one I can find that is similar is in
Univair.  It's an early Cleveland, but it's made for 600X6.
What I probably need is to get in touch with a "senior" mechanic that would
be familiar with all the older type wheel/brake systems.  Thanks for you
help and if you think of anything else that might help figure this out I'd
appreciate a note.
