Just bend the edges down 45 degrees behind the spar and nail them with 3/4
inch long cemented nails along the spar cap, about every two inches. Don't
use regular nails. nail the top first and use something to pull the aluminum
tight against the leading edge while you nail the bottom. Packing tape or
string with wooden blocks to tighten them or nylon straps with ratchet ends,
pulling from the aft spar, work good.

FlyBaby

I have bent some .016 alunimun for the leading edges of the tail
feathers. Should I Epoxy and nail these to the LE ribs and spars?
