AC43.13 is Advisory Circular 43.13, published by the FAA. It actually a big
thick book that contains all the approved and or standard methods for doing
everything on an certificated airplane. Homebuilts do not have to comply, but is
folly not to. Every aircraft supplier, such as Wicks, Wag and AS&S sell it. I
earnestly suggest all homebuilders to buy and read this book cover to cover.
