   In the FAA AC 43-13-2 You will see illustrations on tow hook
installations. If you can build an airplane you should be able to make
your own with just a few days work out of 4130 using hack saw, drill and
file. I have made a lot of things like that over the years it just takes
$200 worth of work.   Joe
